The VAT id / organization number found in the file is not for the chosen E-Doc account or the VAT id does not have an active E-Doc subscription.
- The VAT id used as either importer or exporter of record used in the declaration is not the same as the E-Doc account.
- Incorrect declarations must be corrected. Contact the responsible customs representative.
- Lack of correction may prevent the right to deduct import VAT or Tax VAT claim for exports.
- TIP: Make sure that your goods supplier issue detailed and correct invoices including the VAT id of buyer/seller in order to reduce number of declarations made on the incorrect trader of record.
