How to report discrepancies in AES

 

After a declaration CC515C is approved, discrepancies can be updated at the Arrival at exit.

The export CC515C must be approved and in status 9. Refer to the guide for CC515C.

To report discrepancies, select the shipment and click on "Arrival at Exit" in the top menu.

Then, in the Shipment field under consignments, choose "1- YES for Avvik finns."

This will open a new tab for goods items.

Fill in the shipment window with information as usual, following the requirements of CC590C.

Proceed to the goods item tab to register discrepancies. Here, refer to the item number and the line in the customs declaration that has discrepancies. Adjust according to weight and package to report the discrepancy. By pressing enter, it is possible to register multiple lines.

When finished, click Save to send to customs

If you have reported a lesser quantity, you will need to wait for a response from customs regarding potential inspection or approval.

If you report a greater quantity, you can expect a notification from customs advising you to create a new CC515C due to excess goods.

When preparing a new export, ensure to reference the previous MRN in the documents.
