How to send information on Non exited Export
You have the option to send a non-exit information message following the submission of a CC515C. The CC583C message can be sent either voluntarily or upon request from customs with a CC582C message, to report non-exited export information.
Submit message CC583C along with the MRN assigned in CC528C, following the submission of CC515C.
Ensure that you receive a positive technical acknowledgment TLKVT regarding message CC583C.
To send the non-exit message CC583C, please ensure that you mark the shipment appropriately and select the non-exit information box located in the bottom right corner of the interface.
In the information box, please fill in the fields sequentially, starting from the top left with field 1702 and proceeding to Carrier 1312. Next, move to the right side to provide the alternative evidence, and finally, complete the transport document section. It is essential to follow the established logic when selecting codes and documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Please ensure that you select the appropriate Enquiry information code that corresponds to your submission.
