Please note that the order must be placed by an administrator. ### **How to order a certificate in Emma CMS** Find **SystemADM** under the **Underhåll**. ![](https://hub.emmasys.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Aug-10-2026-11-25-43-2496-AM.png?width=232&height=535&name=image-png-Aug-10-2026-11-25-43-2496-AM.png) Choose the correct certificate ![](https://hub.emmasys.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Aug-10-2026-11-46-26-9821-AM.png?width=670&height=318&name=image-png-Aug-10-2026-11-46-26-9821-AM.png) You also have the choice to **Activate**, **Delete** or **Block** the certificate here: ![](https://hub.emmasys.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Aug-10-2026-12-03-12-6401-PM.png?width=364&height=377&name=image-png-Aug-10-2026-12-03-12-6401-PM.png) Click **"Beställa nytt certifikat"** (Order a new certificate) ![](https://hub.emmasys.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Aug-10-2026-11-34-14-3610-AM.png?width=586&height=361&name=image-png-Aug-10-2026-11-34-14-3610-AM.png) Choose a password (and remember it). Click **"Generera förfrågan"** **"E-postanmälan till Tullverket"** and **"Skriv ut brev til Tullverket"** should now be active.  You can now close the window by clicking **"Stänga".** Your application for certificate is now saved. You can find it in the folder **"Beställda certifikat"** ![](https://hub.emmasys.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Aug-10-2026-11-40-16-1684-AM.png?width=670&height=115&name=image-png-Aug-10-2026-11-40-16-1684-AM.png) Click **"E-postanmälan till Tullverket".** If you order a certificate through Mina Sidor, do not send the email. If you do not have access to the Swedish Customs Mina Sidor service, you can order a certificate by email. ### **Order through Mina Sidor** Log in: **[https://login.tullverket.se/](https://login.tullverket.se/)** Navigate to **“Tillstånd och beställningscertifikat” (**Permits and Certificate Orders). If the email cannot be sent, copy the text and send it from your own email client to **edi.certifikat@tullverket.se** Once your order has been approved, you will receive an email from the Swedish Customs Authority containing a .PEM file.
