Unable to use the Windows App
If you're unable to use the Windows App, sign in using the web version instead:
http://windows.cloud.microsoft/

No applications available after signing in 
If no applications are displayed after signing in, make sure you've selected Apps instead of Devices in Azure. 

A simple refresh could fix your login issue
