- Declare the goods with transition to free disposal by selection storage code X, and in goods number field click on the 3 dotted box. and generate D-number
- Select one of the valid options (10, 12, or 17) for the mode of transport at the border.
- Set manual currency date, this can be set 5 days prior to arrival.
- In Digitoll for sea freight, it is requested to provide the IMO number or name of the vessel transporting the goods in field 44, using the code TXT. This allows the Customs Authority to manually link the declaration with the transporting vessel to Norway. Businesses can also use field 44 to input the bill of lading number, using the code TXT. The Customs Authority does not facilitate automatic linking in the temporary sea solution, as the current SSNN and TVINN systems are used to provide information about the vessel and goods. There is currently no connection between these two systems.
- Click Insert, open lock symbol and change declaration method. i.e DFU or DFO
- Select customs unit for digitoll 441002
Note that "melde dato" would be the declaration date
