Digitoll - Contact Norwegian customs

Entities utilizing the Digitoll solutions can obtain technical support by contacting the Customs Authority's support center.

Tolletatens call center (22 86 03 12) is also available during the hours of:

3:30 PM to 9:00 PM on weekdays (not after 3:30 PM on Fridays)

2:00 PM to 9:00 PM on Sundays.
