Entities utilizing the Digitoll solutions can obtain technical support by contacting the Customs Authority's support center.

The call center (22 86 03 12) is also available during the hours of:

3:30 PM to 9:00 PM on weekdays (not after 3:30 PM on Fridays)

2:00 PM to 9:00 PM on Sundays.
