Understanding the various statuses and the updated processes for sending master and house consignments.
A new feature in MO Digitoll allows you to send both Master and house clearances.
This feature streamlines your workflow by allowing you to send all house manifests simultaneously, eliminating the need for individual submissions.
The entire process is designed for efficiency, taking approximately 2 minutes to complete while operating seamlessly in the background.
You can still use the old function by selecting 'no' for house generation.
In this case, you will only send the Master. To generate the house clearance, you can later click on 'New House' from the clearance button as you did before.
If you select 'yes', you will send the Master along with all associated clearances, and both the Master and house will be sgenereated and sent in one batch and you will find alle the master and house consignment in the F7 Table:
These will transition through new statuses, which are outlined below:
Each process will take approximately one minute.
First step: QUEUED = Consignments are queued by the Emma scheduler and are being prepared for sending.
Next: SENDING = Once the queuing process is complete, the consignments will be sent to customs and their status will change to either SENT or FAILED.
Final status: This is the response we receive back from customs, indicating either SUCCESS or FAILURE.
If any amendments are necessary, you have the option to reopen the submission and resend it. The same status will apply to the resubmitted consignments as well.
