[Setup & Integrations](https://hub.emmasys.com/help-center/digitoll?hsLang=en#setup-integrations) June 10, 2026 # Digitoll - Template ## How to create templates for Digitoll For the Norwegian version, [click here.](https://hub.emmasys.com/help-center/digitoll-template#norsk) You can create predefined templates for different types of transport and manifests. This makes it possible to register shipments more quickly and reuse selected fields. Only a Boss user can create, delete, or edit templates. You can access the templates by pressing F8 on the keyboard, or via the “Settings” dropdown menu. ![](https://hub.emmasys.com/hs-fs/hubfs/%7B03D821CE-54CD-4FDC-A369-395F3AF8BB31%7D-png.png?width=174&height=126&name=%7B03D821CE-54CD-4FDC-A369-395F3AF8BB31%7D-png.png) Under the Templates tab, you will find the templates that have been created. Select a reference. Fill in as many fields as you want to be included. 4. Press F11 to save. 5. Dette gjør det mulig å registrere sendinger raskere og gjenbruke ønskede felt. Kun **Boss-bruker** kan opprette, slette eller redigere maler.
