Here you can see a short overview on known issue with DMS Export both on Danish Customs and EmmaSped

 

 

Reponse from DMS System to System integration

At the moment we see longer respons time from DMS to EmmaSped - this is a know issue at Danish Customs, and they are working on it

Declaration will not move status in EmmaSped

In these cases below this is know issues at Danish Customs - EmmaSped is ready to update the status as soon as Danish Customs will sent it to EmmaSped

If status will stay in 3D in EmmaSped this will tell you that it is sent to Danish Customs and EmmaSped is waiting to receive an update from DMS System to System integration, please contact toldst help desk

If you have a declaration where the status will stay in status 5 and it is created as a B1 EXA then you need to contact Customs Office to ask for manual RELEASE for the declaration. 

If you have a declaration where the status will stay in status 7 in EmmaSped then it can be that your declaration is queued for manual handling. Please contact Danish

Danish EORI/SE number

DMS Export is an EU Customs Solution - therefor you need to use your company EORI number for Export declarations. 

If you want to use your SE number for VAT financial Accounting - On goods items in field 1202 add code DKSEN and text = Your SE number

Make sure EORI and SE number is Export registered on virk.dk
