DMS - How to create a old "24" in DMS Export

Here you can find an example on a TEST declaration where we have made an old "24" in DMS

To create an old "24" according to Toldstyrelsen website LINK you need to create a customs declaration B1

In DMS Export there are only 2 option here as shown below - EX = the old EU & EX

Here below you need to select a relevant code - in the example we have choosen "D"

 

Then please add needed data in these fields - 1301 and 1305 must be the same. If you have questions about this, then please contact Toldstyrelsen Help Desk. 

Add Relevant data here as well 

In field 1615 you need to select add the "Bevillings nummer & Løbe nummer"

Add information about Transport mode at the border

Please note that if you select 3 here 

Then you need to select 30 in this field

Please note that if you select another transport mode here

Then you need to select another code here 

You should also select national transport mode aswell - you have the same options as you have in transport mode at the border

Here you have option to add if you have a Container on the DMS Export 

if you have a Container you need to select "1" and then you need to add the Container number in "1907 Transportudstyr" 

You have the option to add invoice information here

When you have added the relevant information you want to add on Shipment Level, then you can go to "Goods items" and add goods items lines.

Start as you did in e-export by adding a relevant HS code and press enter - then fill out the needed information for the HS code you have selected. 

When you want to send the declaration to the customs, do as you have done all the time in EmmaSped press on "insert" on your keyboard.

Then you get this menu - and click on "insert" again.

Now you can follow the status as you already are doing in "toldtabel" F6

 

If you  have created the declaration as a B1EXD then you have 30 days to do the C2 message. When you want to do the C2 message, then find the needed declaration in F6 (Toldtabel) The declaration must be in status 5 in EmmaSped

When you have found the Sped number you want to do the C2 message on, then mark the line by pressing your mouse so the line will be blue like shown above

Now click on "Rettelse" then the declaration will be put in status 6, and then you can open it in "Told"

Click on "INS=Send" or "insert" on your keyboard

Now you need to choose the function code C2 as shown below

Then click "INS=Send" again or "insert" on your keyboard - now you have done the C2 message
