DMS Import - How to add DMS Import System to System rights on your MitID Certificate

If you need to use DMS import in EmmaSped DK, then you must have the correct access rights assigned to your MitId Cerificate. Follow the steps below to check your rights.

1. Log in to TastSelv Erhverv - log in using your MitID or employee signature

2. Go to Profil- & Kontaktoplysninger 

3. go to Rettigheder & Adgange til TastSelv

4. Go to Administrer rettigheder & roller til TastSelv 

 

 

5. Click on the Role that you are using to DMS System to System integration - in example here it is called DMS Online System to System - maybe it is called something else at your end. 

 

 

6. Click on Fortsæt 

7. Select the correct org number that you want to add the rights for, and then add domæne Told - click on Vælg domæne

8. Select all the rights you need. Make sure to mark them all, and add DMS Import. Use ctrl on your keyboard, and then mark the needed rights with you mouse. 

IF YOU HERE DON'T have DMS Import System to System, then you need to apply for this NOW at DK Customs using this link 

Please remember to apply for DMS Import SYSTEM to SYSTEM integration. 

And then click on Vælg rettighed - Please again check that you have marked all DMS rights and not only DMS Import. You need to select then all before you click on Vælg rettighed

9. Make sure that you have all the rights you need in the picture below. And remember to click on Gem.
