Set default field values using Ctrl+Alt+F2

This article explains how to customise default values and field settings in the system using CTRL + Alt + F2.

How default values work

  • Defaults set for a field are prefilled when you start a new declaration.
  • Ensure a procedure is selected in the bottom of the application window so the correct fields are available for editing.

If you do not have a procedure selected, please select it in the top menu:

Set a default value for a field

  1. Click into the field where you want to set a default value.
  2. Press CTRL + ALT + F2.
  3. A small dialog box appears allowing you to enter the value you want to use as the default.
  4. Save the default value by clicking "Ok". The selected default will then be applied automatically when starting a new declaration when correct procedure is chosen.
