If a declaration is submitted with a value in the Acceptance Date field, the Retrospective option is selected automatically.

Where to find the Acceptance Date

The Acceptance Date field is located under Delivery Terms in the declaration.

When an Acceptance Date is entered, the system automatically selects the Retrospective checkbox.
