Emma Compliance - Inbox: Mail match

Mail match is used to link attachments to the correct customs declaration.

 

In countries without available statistics, declaration numbers must be added manually before Mail match can be used

How to use Mail match

  1. Click the empty Customs number field
  2. Enter the correct customs declaration number
  3. Save changes
  4. Click Mail match
  5. Start mail match

Attachments will turn green and get status Match.


If attachments remain yellow

This means the customs declaration number is missing in the system.

To resolve:

  • Upload corresponding customs statistics
  • Or manually register the declaration number
