[Inbox & Document handling](https://hub.emmasys.com/help-center/emma-compliance?hsLang=en#inbox-document-handling) April 21, 2026 # Emma Compliance - Inbox: Mail match ## Mail match is used to link attachments to the correct customs declaration.   In countries without available statistics, declaration numbers must be added manually before Mail match can be used #### **How to use Mail match** 1. Click the empty **Customs number** field 2. Enter the correct customs declaration number 3. Save changes 4. Click **Mail match** 5.
