Emma Compliance Inbox: Overview
A overview of how documents are received, displayed, and handled in the Inbox.
The Emma Compliance Inbox is used to receive customs declarations and supporting documents sent by customs brokers. Each account has its own unique Inbox address, where documents are collected and made available for processing. This article explains how the Inbox is structured, what information is shown, and how it works in practice.

- If no emails are received → “No data to display”
- Default view = current month
- Use Search to change period
You can open attachments directly:
- PDF/TIF → opens in browser
