EmmaCloud Users - MFA Solution

How to log on with the new MFA solution.

Effective from 16.12.2025 - 10:00 CET.

1. Enter your login details (these have not changed with the new solution).

2. Fill out 1, then click Submit.



3. You will receive a message from DUOSEC containing a one-time verification code.



4. Enter the code and click Submit again.

You should now be successfully signed in to the application.
