You find it in the menu MO-Digitoll / Customs Presentation.
Manual registration:
If a presentation message is selected, press “F5-Rense” in the screen to clear the input fields.
Pres.id: Just press Enter in this field, and a value will be assigned automatically when saving.
Type: Use “Entry summary declaration”, the other is in use for MO-Digitoll (melde- og opplysningsplikt) not often use because it will be closed by customs at the border. Either select with mouse, or type E and press Enter.
Referanse: Unique reference. Mainly used for searching.
Presentation office: Select the correct customs office. You can search for number or name in the dropdown, e.g. write “gard” and press enter to select NO351001 – Oslo Gardermoen.
ENS MRN: The MRN from the original Entry summary declaration. If you have several ENS’s to present, you need to send one Presentation message per ENS.
When all fields are entered, press “Lagre”, and then “INS=Send” to send it to Customs.
Collecting Arrived ENS:
You can submit presentations for multiple ENS entries simultaneously by utilizing the "Collect Arrived ENS" menu.
The ENS entries that appear in the list are those with a status of 9A. Simply select the appropriate customs office and click "Collect" to send your submissions.
After submitting the presentation, the ENS will receive a status of either 9e or 9c.
- 9e = to entry.
- 9c = control.
Check Status:
Messages are sent and received every minute. To check the status of the Presentation message, use the Refresh-button.
The status of your message should first change to SUBMITTED, and then to SUCCESS when we get an acknowledgment back from customs.
If you get the status INVALID-DRAFT, check your values, and if needed contact us to check what the problem is.
If you get an ERROR, you can read the error message in the lower part of the screen. Correct the data and save and send again.
Routing Results:
When you have received a SUCCESS you can go to the Routing Results tab, and refresh by using the Refresh-button.
You should now see which HAWB’s are picked for control (TO_CONTROL) and which are cleared (TO_ENTRY). Sometimes it can take a few minutes before we receive the control results.
