How to use the mass update function in NCTS

In the House/item tab for an NCTS departure, users will find several fields that offer the option for a Mass update.

1. Clear value on all items:
   • This function clears values for all items, such as removing the UCR from all ale house consignments.
2. Set this value where empty:
   • This feature allows users to input a specified value into all items that currently have an empty field. For example, if you wish to assign a declaration type of T2 to all goods items that are missing this information, this function will efficiently populate those fields.
3. Set this value on all visible (filtered) items:
   • set the filter by selecting the items in the grid
     
4. Set this value on selected items:
   • Select the desired items by clicking on them with the cursor while holding down the CTRL key to select multiple items. This function will then update the specified value for all selected items.
