You can also map the transport document type and reference, or give the type as a default value, and each unique reference is added once as a transport document on the house. In Finland the transport document reference still goes on the goods item. | **NO, SE, FI, DK** | | **NCTS** | **Warning when the NCTS guarantee amount exceeds a set limit** Output control for NCTS  departures now shows a warning which must be confirmed before sending, when the guarantee's amount to be covered is above the limit in the InfoParameter. The default is 0, which means no warning.  If you'd like to have this warning, please contact our support. | **NO, SE, FI, DK** | | **Digitoll** | **Warning when an NCTS reference has been used before** NCTS 5 now warns when the reference is already used on another departure or arrival of the same kin. You can continue or enter a new reference. When copying an NCTS, you are asked for a new reference. The check is on by default; set it to False before upgrading if you do not want it. | **NO, SE, FI, DK** | | **NCTS** | **Amendment acceptance messages can be opened in NCTS** An amendment acceptance (CC004C) can now be opened from the NCTS message log, showing the LRN, MRN, office of departure, when the amendment was submitted and accepted, and the holder of the transit procedure. When it arrives, the declaration returns to the status it had before the amendment was sent. Swedish NCTS now receives the message instead of rejecting it. | **NO, SE, DK** | | **Customs Clearance** | **Procedure 72 now sets warehouse code E** Choosing procedure 72 on an import declaration now offers only warehouse code E. Procedure 72 and 73 no longer set warehouse code D. Procedure 76 and 77 no longer set warehouse code  C. The declaration check now treats procedure 72 like procedure 71: invoices, delivery terms, item values and statistical values are not required. | **NO** | | **Digitoll** | **Faster MO overview** Masters and houses in the MO overview now update faster when you select a transport, in both connected mode and customs-confirmed mode. Customs-confirmed mode no longer has to be switched off and on to be updated. | **NO** | | **Emma Connect** | **Arrival notices can be sent over Emma Connect** With an Emma Connect licence, an arrival notice for a customer with an e-arrival notice subscription can now be sent over Emma Connect from the print dialog and the arrival notice request form. One at a time or in batch; e-mail is still available. The message includes the external documents, the full declaration and, when the arrival notice print is set up, its PDF. Sending by e-mail from the print dialog now sends an arrival notice instead of an e-Tollpass. | **NO** | | **Digitoll** | **Generated houses also get EIDR and EUEIR export entries** When you generate houses in MO-Digitoll, MRN lines on the declaration with document type EIDR or EUEIR now become export entries on the house, with the MRN as the export ID, as AES lines already did. | **NO** | | **Digitoll** | **Goods description reused from earlier houses** When the Digitoll PDF reader creates a house from a PDF without a goods description, it copies the description from the most recent earlier house whose sender name matches at least 90%. Houses where the recipient also matches are preferred, and a description read from the PDF is always kept | **NO** | | **Bonded Warehouse** | **New overview of goods in bonded warehouse E** The new "Tollager E" overview on the bonded warehouse menu lists inbound declarations for warehouse E next to their withdrawal, with the number of days in storage. Lines turn yellow after 7 days, red after 12 days and green once customs have approved the withdrawal. From the overview you can open the inbound declaration or its withdrawal, link an existing withdrawal, or create the withdrawal as a copy of the inbound declaration. On the declaration, the temporary imports tab is now called “related declarations”, and its lookup also finds warehouse E declarations and searches on goods number. | **NO** | | **Digitoll** | **Cleaner, consistent layout on the MO-Digitoll screen** The MO-Digitoll screen now has the same layout as ICS2 and NCTS: Fields resize with the window, all party blocks look the same, and post and express are chosen in one dropdown on masters and houses. The clear button now also empties the party's phone and e-mail, and picking a party fills in its external reference, which can no longer be edited. Deleting in the house grid now removes the selected row. | **NO** | | **Emma Connect** | **ETA shown on received pre-border declarations before acceptance** The MessageExchange overview now shows the ETA date and time of a received pre-border declaration as soon as it arrives, before it is accepted. After acceptance, the ETA from the customs declaration is shown as before  Both the sending and the receiving installation need EmmaServer 2.1907 or later. | **NO** | | **Customs Clearance** | **Boss users can use the duplicate function in goods number allocation** In goods number allocation, the duplicate button is now available to every user with boss rights, not only to Emma's system user. Use it to give a declaration an existing goods number and position, for example when exporting goods from a customs warehouse that were imported under that number. | **NO** | | **ICS2** | **Customs presentations without an LRN can be deleted** On the presentations tab of the customs presentation window, a new delete button removes the selected presentation after you confirm. Presentations that have an LRN, or are ready to be sent, cannot be deleted, and Emma tells you why. Each deletion is recorded in the change log. | **NO** | | **ICS2** | **Status colours in "MO Oversikt" also on master and house**   When row highlighting is switched on, master and house rows in "MO Oversikt" are now coloured in the status column by the same rules as transports: green for status success, yellow when selected for control, and red when denied. | **NO** | | **Emma Connect** | **Restoring a withdrawn pre-border request notifies the recipient** In MessageExchange, clicking restore to attention on a withdrawn pre-border request now sends the recipient a message that the request is active again. The message has a standard text that you can edit before sending, as when withdrawing. Requests the recipient has already marked done or rejected are restored without a message. | **NO** | | **Digitoll** | **Status filters in the MO dashboard's consignment tree** The consignment tree has new status filters, such as errors, not sent and closed, each with a count, and a transport is listed under the worst status found anywhere in its branch. Finished transports appear as open for 24 hours. The tree's “show archived” checkbox is removed. Filtered by has two new choices, masters and houses, which list every master or house together with the transport or master it belongs to. | **NO** | | **Customs Clearance** | **Freight warning on import declarations no longer needs to be confirmed** In output control for import declarations, the warning that freight costs are filled in while the chosen delivery terms exclude freight is now an ordinary warning. You no longer have to confirm it before sending. | **SE** | | **Customs Clearance** | **Corrected declarations now mark all earlier versions as replaced** When customs approves a corrected import declaration, earlier corrections of the same declaration are now marked as replaced also when their status is a variant of 9, such as 9u. Before, only those at exactly status 9 were marked. | **SE** | | **Bonded Warehouse** | **Bonded stock is reserved when an I2EIDR is sent** Sending an I2EIDR now reserves its goods in the bonded warehouse, and the sending stops if there is not enough stock; the reservation is released if DMS rejects the I2EIDR. The transactions and goods item transactions views show the reserved and available quantity for each goods item. In the postbox, the new close EIDR button closes several I2EIDRs with one H1 declaration of type Z, and the advanced search can show only the EIDRs that are not yet closed. | **DK** | | **Customs Clearance** | **Invoice number on the EAD print for DMS export declarations** The EAD print now shows the invoice number (N380) from the declaration's documents when no other documents are listed in that field. | **DK** | | **Customs Clearance** | **Excel paste on DMS import item lines fills in the document type** When document codes are pasted onto the item lines of a DMS import declaration, the document type is now filled in the same way as when the code is typed in, for example supporting document for N018 and previous document for 1REF. | **DK** |   -
