[Emma CMS](https://hub.emmasys.com/help-center/troubleshooting?hsLang=en#emma-cms) June 24, 2026 # Emma CMS - Customs clearances/transits are currently stuck at status 3/3D ## The message is sent to customs, but Emma CMS does not receive any confirmation in return. This problem can occur from time to time and typically nothing to do with Emma CMS. The status says it's transferred from Emma to customs.  The issue is usually caused by a delay between the systems.  You should not resend a clearance in status 3. **Visit the status page to verify if there are any ongoing outages or issues that may be impacting response times:** [Emma Systems Status page](https://hub.emmasys.com/help-center/system-status?hsLang=en) We recommend to check this with your country's customs authorities as well.
