      Customs clearances/ transits are currently stuck at status 3

      The message is sent to customs, but EmmaSped does not receive any confirmation in return.

      This problem can occour from time to time and typicaly nothing to do with the EmmaSped solution. The issue is usually caused by a delay between the systems.


      1. Visit the status pages to verify if there are any ongoing outages or issues that may be impacting response times.
