AES Arrival at Exit - CC507C

Procedure for CC507C arrival at exit

Step 1: TESS - AES new Standard customs declaration for exports

Step 3: TESS - AES - Exit Notification - CC590C

After a CC515C - standard declaration has been approved, the subsequent step involves transmitting an Arrival at Exit message, designated as CC507C.

This can be accomplished through three distinct methods:

1. Once you have completed Step 1 and received your declaration with status 9, simply select the shipments you wish to process and click on the "Arrival at Exit" box. This action can be performed for a single declaration or multiple declarations simultaneously. add carrier, field 1615 and 1701
   
2. In the event that Step 1 has been completed by an external party, you have the option to initiate a 507 by selecting "AAE" from the dropdown menu.
   
   1. Please input the MRN number, select the carrier, specify the location of the goods 1615, and indicate the office of exit 1701.
      
3. Complete step 2 by connecting declaration to a NCTS. this will complete step 2 and 3

Upon the successful completion of Step 2, the approval status will be indicated as 9a, allowing you to proceed to the final Step 3.
