      Ombud

      When a customer do not have a valid VAT number, you can make Ombud the payer, and the one who provide guarantee.

      If it turns out the VAT is not valid:

      • Change Ombudstatus to 2
      • Ombud needs to be the payer

      Ombudet will also have to be the person who pays, and the person who provide guarantee.

      These fields will automatically be filled in by the system after choosing correct Ombud status.

      1403 will get 1MT - Monetärt tulllvärde

      Ombudet will get the bill.
