When does this apply?

This requirement applies to Swedish export declarations submitted to Swedish Customs when:

• Security code 2 is selected in field 1107

How to add routing information

Step 1: Select security code

In field 1107, select security code 2.

Step 2: Check routing in field 1612

When security code 2 is used, routing must be provided in field 1612.

By default, the system automatically adds the exporter’s country code and the consigne’s country code

Adding transit countries manually

If the transport includes one or more transit countries between Sweden and the destination country:

• Open field 1612

• Manually add all additional routing countries

• Ensure the routing reflects the actual transport route

Transit countries are not added automatically by the system.

Important

Missing or incomplete routing information may lead to validation errors or rejection by Swedish Customs.
