An EORI number is not required for individuals from non-EU countries who occasionally submit customs declarations and bring in goods for temporary importation followed by re-export. A re-export declaration for temporary actors is made using the code TILFA in the new export system. During re-export, the requested procedure must be 31.

Although an EORI number is not required, it is still necessary to enter the country code followed by the date of birth.
