How to declare CHED goods in Digitoll

The process for CHED goods in Digitoll is largely the same as for standard consignments.

In Emma, you only need to:

  • create the TVINN declaration and submit it to customs office 448001;
  • create and submit the (MO) House, referencing the relevant sequence number.

All other CHED-related activities, including TRACES registration and communication with Norwegian Customs regarding the unloading permission, are completed outside of Emma.

Process

  1. Create the TVINN declaration for the CHED consignment and submit it to customs office 448001.
  2. Create and submit the MO House in Emma as you normally would, referencing the relevant sequence number.
  3. After the MO has been submitted, follow the official CHED procedure with Norwegian Customs. This includes requesting processing of the declaration and unloading permission (lossetillatelse).

Important: Submit the MO House before requesting Norwegian Customs to process the CHED declaration.
