How to declare CHED goods in Digitoll
The process for CHED goods in Digitoll is largely the same as for standard consignments.
In Emma, you only need to:
- create the TVINN declaration and submit it to customs office 448001;
- create and submit the (MO) House, referencing the relevant sequence number.
All other CHED-related activities, including TRACES registration and communication with Norwegian Customs regarding the unloading permission, are completed outside of Emma.
Process
- Create the TVINN declaration for the CHED consignment and submit it to customs office 448001.
- Create and submit the MO House in Emma as you normally would, referencing the relevant sequence number.
- After the MO has been submitted, follow the official CHED procedure with Norwegian Customs. This includes requesting processing of the declaration and unloading permission (lossetillatelse).
