Digitoll - Create a House Consignment from an external TVINN Declaration

When a Master consignment has already been created and a direct customs declaration has been completed by an external declarant, you can use the TVINN note to automatically create and link a House consignment.

Simply drag and drop the TVINN note into Emma. Most of the required information is populated automatically, allowing you to quickly create the House consignment and connect it to the existing Master.

Please note the following:

• Matching is performed by name against the Emma customer register.
• If the consignor or consignee cannot be matched, you can create them using the Customer button. They will then be matched automatically the next time.
  
• Goods description must be entered manually, as this information is normally not included on the TVINN declaration.
• Review the imported information before saving the House consignment.
