      Electronic distribution codes

      When sending an email, a template can be specified. The template is a text file in which placeholders enclosed in %% are replaced with actual content. The same placeholders can also be used for other definitions related to distribution codes.

      Date and Time of Sending

      ÅR, AAR, YEAR – year

      MND, MONTH – month

      DAY – day of the month

      HOUR, MINUTE, SECOND 

      DATO, DATE – dateformat: YYYYMMDD

      TID, TIME – full time HHMMSS

      Distribution Sender

      PHONE, EMAIL, USERNAME 

      Task

      GODSSLAG, GODSSLAG1 –Goods Type (this refers to the same field, displayed next to the "Item Lines" heading in customs clearance, but it is not editable)

      ORGNR – Owner Organization Number (i.e., the recipient for imports and the sender for exports)
