The Norwegian Custom Clearance statuses:

1. Ready to send
Sending to customs, if stuck in status 1 for more than 15 minutes contact Emma Support.
2. Send attempted, ready to send
Sending to customs, if stuck in status 1 for more than 15 minutes contact Emma Support.
3. Submitted to Customs
4. Error message received and acknowledged
Error message from customs. If not able to solve the issue, contact customs.
5. Declaration referred for manual processing
6. Error message acknowledged
