DMS Temporary Storage Declaration - G4 and G4G3 

Use G4 when:

• The goods have not yet physically arrived

• You want to submit the temporary storage declaration in advance

• The presentation notification (G3) will be submitted later

• The exact arrival time is uncertain

• You prefer to handle declaration and presentation separately

Typical flow:

1. Submit G4

2. Goods arrive

3. Submit G3 (presentation notification)

Use G4G3 when:

• The goods have already arrived

• You want to combine temporary storage declaration (G4) and presentation (G3) in one single submission

• The warehouse presents goods immediately upon arrival

• You want a faster combined processing flow

Typical flow:

1. Submit G4G3

2. DMS registers both temporary storage and presentation at the same time
