How to utilize the postbox and set up default settings in NCTS 5

Adding your ACE / ACR code

Find your ACE / ACR code here:

• Customs Decisions reference number validation
• C521 = ACR code (Authorised sender)
• C522 = ACE code (Authorised receiver)

If you have trouble finding your ACE/ ACR code, please contact Tullverket for assistance.

To create ACR/ACE as default settings in NCTS, go to NCTS menu, and "NCTS 5 indstillinger"

Select departure or arrival, click the green addition symbol in the right corner, and add as much details you need below. i.e transit company, guarantee number and Authorisation number.
