NCTS is currently halted at status 3 There are ongoing issues with the Customs and EU regarding the MRN. Please reach out to Customs for manual resolution at tet.oslo@toll.no.
Unloading descrapansies

 

There is an issue with Customs receiving the new House consignments in case of discrepancies.

In the event of excess, it is necessary to submit a conformity report and upload the required form via Altinn.
