NCTS 6

NCTS Phase 6 Production Launch – 26 November 2025

We would like to inform you that Norway will go into production with NCTS Phase 6 on 26 November 2025 at 14:00 (2:00 PM CET).

Norway has chosen a Big Bang approach, which means that NCTS Phase 5 and Phase 6 will not run in parallel.

From 14 November 2025, the Norwegian Customs Declarant Test Environment will be upgraded to NCTS Phase 6, allowing declarants who wish to do so to perform tests using the simplified procedure.

Please note:

• Codes 1 (ENS) and 3 (ENS & EXS) cannot be used for safety and security declarations
• Available in Emma CMS version 362 and newer
