Owner of shipment in the standard declaration XML

The standard declaration XML for Norway, Sweden and Denmark now carries the owner of shipment, when importing and in the declaration and invoice declaration XML Emma creates. Finland now includes it in invoice declaration XML too.

Y126 is added automatically to goods items of private distance-sale imports from outside the EU

Imported H1 and H7 declarations get document code Y126 on each goods item when the buyer, or else the importer, is a private person and the dispatch country is outside the EU; items with C08 or with duties supplied in the file are skipped.

It starts on 1 November 2026.

The output control checks product identifiers on goods items

From 1 November 2026 the output control reports a missing C127, C128 or C129 document with a reference on goods items with additional procedure F48 or F53, and on every goods item of Swedish and Finnish low-value declarations; Y081 can replace C129.

DMS Import: the actual arrival date and time are now filled in when customs accepts the declaration

They are shown in "Arkiv" and in two new columns in "Toldtabell"; a date that is already filled in is kept.

Customs Declaration helper - generate MO houses for many declarations at once

Select declarations in the declaration table or the shipment list and choose "Generer MO house for valgte" under Special to create or update one MO house per declaration.

Received arrival notices can be accepted as a new job, connected to an existing job, or rejected with a reason.

Contact person and EDoc columns in the customer search

The F7 search in the customer database has two new columns, contact person and EDoc, where EDoc shows yes or no. The customer search lists in other screens show the same two columns.

MessageExchange notifications are per user and follow the thread

Each subscribed user gets one notification per thread, can mark it read, unread or dismissed with a right-click or the keyboard, and sees "taken by" / "handled by" when a colleague claims or answers the thread.

Opening a thread no longer acknowledges it; Acknowledge, accept, reject or a reply does.
Subscribers are set on the Message Exchange tab of Notification Subscription.

Emergency procedure print from the MO overview

A new emergency print button in the MO overview prints the houses on the selected transport, all connected ones or only the selected ones, in one document; selected houses can also be printed without a transport.

You can choose to include the houses' external PDF and image attachments.

A house can be updated from a PDF

The house screen has a new PDF button in the bottom right corner that reads a PDF from the clipboard, and a PDF can also be dropped onto the house. When a house is open, Emma asks whether to update that house from the PDF or create new houses; without an open house, new houses are created and the first one is opened.

Import declarations referring to an NCTS transit MRN now write off temporary storage

NCTS arrivals without an IG number get one automatically and the transit MRN is stored as Tull ID. An import declaration with the transit MRN as previous document N337, on the declaration or on a goods item, now writes off the matching arrival.

AES Export - The output control now stops more errors before sending.

AES Export: Exports stopped at exit get their own red status

When Tullverket's exit control result is B1 (not satisfactory), the export declaration now gets status 9s "Stopped at exit", shown in red in "Tulltabell" and available in the status filter, instead of approved exit (9x).
