UTU Export EXIT testing

There are a total of 14 tests.  Customers are required to complete only a few, but they have the option to do all. You will receive information from Tulli regarding the specific test cases you need to complete. Please follow these steps:

1. Start reading the information from Tulli, https://tulli.fi/en/-/the-new-exit-declarations-will-be-introduced-on-24-may-2025

2. Customers must log in at Tulli,  https://asiointi.tulli.fi/asiointipalvelu/iat/ to perform tests, same as UTU Import/NCTS5/UTU Export.

The updated pdf for testcases is visible after login, note that the yellow marked fields are the ones Tulli will check and must be exact as in pdf.

How are the tests done?

After login to https://asiointi.tulli.fi/asiointipalvelu/iat/

Test 1:

Select Exit - UTU

And press start

Create shipments in Emma

Fill in your company as Representative/agent

And click into submitter - data from user register is added

 

Next, click 'insert' to send to customs. Upon receiving the MRN, proceed by clicking 'next' on the Tulli webpage. Enter the MRN, then click 'check' and wait...

 

In Emma, initiate cancellation in the postbox and choose type V as specified in the Tulli PDF.

 

 

Click on send request. It will return with status 0.

Return to the Tulli page, click check, and wait.

 

Choose all and click confirm (ensure everything is correct before confirming). It may take some time for the PDF to be received.

 

Test 1 is now complete, proceed to the subsequent tests.
