ICS2 - Connect shipments

At the house level in ENS filing, you can add shipments and reuse data from customs declarations.

Under the House tab, you will find the "connect shipment" field.

Here, you can search for and select the relevant shipments.

Set up a Grid filter to establish fixed filters for your shipments : Grid filter

Additionally, take note of the options available under settings:

• You can copy Consignore information to the seller and Consignee information to the buyer.
• Check the box if you want a reference from the assignment to default to the UCR field and/or as package marks.
• You can also set custom marks from this section insted of reusing the referance.
• If you wish to define custom packing types, you can do so here.
• If you need to view shipments beyond the standard default of 90 days, this can also be adjusted here.

Press save to store your settings.

If shipments have been connected to an ENS previously, they will be hidden. Check the box for "show connected shipments also" to display them.

When ready, select "create Items," and the information will be entered into the ENS house.
