IFFP - In Simplified Import Declarations
What IFFP is and how it works
In the Swedish customs system, IFFP replaces the old ZKH message for simplified import declarations. It functions in much the same way as ZKH did, and you must be authorised to receive IFFP from Swedish Customs. see: IFFP ersätter ZKH
When an importer submits a simplified declaration (IFDS) through Emma, Swedish Customs sends an IFFP message to the designated recipient. This message is a notification about the IFDS and indicates that the customs authority expects the declaration to be completed as a full supplementary declaration (IKDS).

In Emma, the recipient who will handle the IFFP message must be reported to Swedish Customs in advance. The IFFP message then appears in the Custom table in Emma SE with the signature “IFFP” and in status 7.

Users can create grid filters in the Customs table to monitor and ensure that all IFFP messages are processed within the required deadlines.
Correcting and completing an IFFP
proceed to amend an IFFP record in Emma, by pressing "kompletteranse". this sets the IFFP to status 6, meaning it is in a correctable state, and the message type changes to IKDS.

Once in IKDS status, you can add the necessary information and then press INS to submit the completed declaration to Swedish Customs.
