Notification via email

If you cannot find a contact address for the recipient of the Advisory message in the Address tab, you can select the E-mail tab to send it to an email address of your choice.

The Advisory message is completed as usual and sent by email. It includes a summary of the message and a link to a web form where the recipient can respond. The email is sent from the actual sender, and anyone who receives it can use the link.

The message can be accepted, and documents can be shared and messages sent in the dialogue window, just as with an Emma-to-Emma Advisory.

The sender follows up on the Advisory in Message Exchange, in the same way as for all other Advisories that have been sent:

By clicking the “Confirm” button, the recipient of the Advisory responds with the declarant ID, date, and sequence.

We assist with validating the declarant ID and allow the recipient to respond with any useful documents and additional information in the message.
